I would highly recommend Kay’s Jewelers to everybody because they are very friendly & knowledgeable on jewelry. I took some rings to be repaired & cleaned & my sales lady Margarite was very helpful & considerate of my thoughts. They really care about their customers!!!!!! They are awesome!!!!!!

Absolute worst customer service ever. The ladies in the store are very kind and helpful. Kay Jewelers overall however, had worse customer service than Wal Mart, by a lot. I ordered an engagement ring on December 2nd and was assured it would arrive on or before December 20th. Then I was told it would not arrive by then, but since I ordered the ring before the 9th that it was guaranteed to be in store before noon on Christmas Eve as posted on Kay’s website at the time of the order. Now, I am taking off for the holidays without the ring with the assumption that my proposal plans have been ruined twice now and I’ll have to wait until after the holidays because of Kay’s negligence and lies. I will never order another piece of jewelry from them or allow anyone I care about to.
