I had asked a older lady if she could size my ring finger for my husband. I had told her I needed it so my husband could finally stop asking me. He wants to get me a ring. I was looking and saw one I really like. I don’t know if it’s because she knew I was not buying anything but she made me feel very unwelcomed and as a guy who works there walks up she turns her head looks at him and gives him a look like She just needs to go her eyes got all big and everything. I was there maybe 15 min. Needless to say I will ask my husband to not bring his busniess here. I work customer service and if doing your job is a problem get a new one

I just wanted to say, Thank you to Brad at the Port Arthur Central Mall store for what you did. We went in there and bought a necklace and I noticed the bears for sale to help St. Jude’s hospital, he helped me out with our purchase. Thank you sir, you and your staff are excellent.
