Ami is outstanding! She helped us find the PERFECT ring but wasn’t pushy. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to.We also met Roxie (who I guess is the new manager?) And she was very cool as well. Feels good to go into a jewelry store and not feel like you’re walking into a den of snobs.Will return, definitely.

Just picked up my Uncle’s ring not 20 minutes ago. Had it sized and cleaned. And got it back within a week of dropping it off instead if two! Super nice lady at the counter as well!

This place is absolutely wonderful! I had to come into this store, because I was having multiple issues with another Kay and Dana immediately stopped everything that she was doing & helped me! She understood how frustrated I was, and she was very sympathetic towards my situation. We still have not gotten a resolution, but Dana is awesome & I know that she is taking care of it! I will never go to another Kay store again! Molly is also very nice & helpful! Thank you Dana & Molly!
