I wanted to take the time to review and thank Debbie and Samuel for their amazing service. Not only did they help me short notice, but they called back and picked up numerous phone calls for multiple days from me as I was trying to online to store shop during quarantine WHILE ALSO making it a surprise to my girlfriend (whom lives with me do hard to sneak but managed). They have the best customer service I have ever received from any store of any kind and they made it possible for me to get my engagement ring over the phone, have my family pick it up, and get it to me just in time for me to go surprise MY NOW FIANCE with an amazing ring. I came in late today just to thank them and I hope I can catch them soon to do so (i dont know how my schedule will be now with going back to work tomorrow). WILL FOR SURE be buying jewelry from this store again. I cannot thank you guys enough for making a nightmare of a quarantine situation into a well-timed/illness-free amazing proposal.
