This is a complaint for the labs they use not the actual store itself… I sent my ring off a month ago to be resized and have my bands put together, it came back a week ago and there was a crack in my band so she sent it back off to another lab. Comes back in today and the ring looks like the lab didn’t even touch it still has the crack in it and all so she’s sending it back off again… these labs they use don’t do inspections before they send the jewelry back and they do poor jobs. We don’t spend thousands of dollars for our stuff to be treated like this.. The employees at the store in the mall are very helpful and understand my frustration and are just as mad as I am.

Went in there tonight and nobody even said hello or even tried to help us. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I was going to pay cash for the jewelry but since they were too busy talking and not trying to even help I’ll take my business elsewhere.
