Was looking to trade in a old ring I had purchased from Kay to bring down the cost. Found the ring I wanted in the store and decided to think about it. After leaving checked Kay’s website and found the same ring for the same cost without trading in my ring. First thing came to mind was You Croaks. I almost gave you CROAKS my ring for nothing. BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS WHAT IT HAS COME TO.

My husband wanting to surprise me for Christmas this year 2020 and doing so we went to Kay in Decatur on the 24th of December. We got there and he purchase me a beautiful ring-! The young lady Jasmine was working and was helping us to decide and making this the best experience ever-! With the holidays here Jasmine told us it would take about 2 plus weeks for it to be returned. I went into the storr tonight just to see if my ring was back and to my surprise it was-! With the holidays and everything it did take the 2 weeks-! Jasmine and the other young lady that night (Diana) was wonderful-! Jasmine tonight was wonderfule-! I recommend them to anyone-! I went to Google to get the store’s number and saw the last 2 reviews and had to say something! We will be calling corporate as well! We NEVER go to the Decatur location, because of past experiences, but recently we had a wedding to attend in town and stopped in. Jessica, the store Manager, was INCREDIBLE. I had dreaded walking in and she immediately made us feel at home. The reason I am leaving a review is because not only was the man claiming a dispute with his credit company in there and behaving like an absolute juvenile, I fully believe the call she received from who I gathered (from eavesdropping tbh) was corporate was in regards to the man on here complaining about an order. First of all, I am a retail manager as well. If I gave a return on a machine we sent somewhere for maintenance I would lose my job. The man acted like a baby, and my husband was irate that a grown man should behave that way. The manager, though, was nothing less than professional, and dealt with it better than I would have for sure! Secondly, when I listened to her phone conversation about pendant man, Jessica said more than once but shouldn’t we do something for him, they hadn’t found out if they could yet (or something like that.) All I thought that day was wow, people are so rude, and it’s not even their fault. I never thought I would recommend the Decatur store, but 100% I recommend to everyone! The staff is nice, I actually trust them for once, and the manager Jessica is clearly willing to go above and beyond to try to help you even when you act like a total jerk to her. I admit even I kinda did at first, I just expected the kind of service that caused us to stop going there. Jessica if you see this, you have customers for life – The Blakely Family
