People that work here are extremely rude!! Since December I have been to this particular store 4 times and every time the employees are rude!! I browse and then order online usually cheaper than the store. Manager needs to talk to employees about customer service and how NOT to be rude! Don’t ask them a question because they can not be bothered!!

Very rude manager , i felt i was treated different all other customers were ask if they need help and me and my mom were ignored.. we took a purse to get exchange and i didn’t have a receipt because it was a gift and she told me with a bad attitude that that was the last time she would exchange it for me without receipt ( i had never returned or exchange anything at kate before) all other customer in the store that she did ask if they needed help were white she made us feel that we were not important as a hispanic (manager is hispanic)
