I got something for my sister and came to visit her to different state. The size was wrong, so wedecided to return it and get something else. I left the receipt in my city and my husband took apicture of it and sent it to me. We were in shock of what happened when we told a salesperson Savannah that we have a picture of the receipt. she got so angry, startedto yell at us and said that she will call a security if we won’t leave right now. What? Is itnormal to behave like this? Maybe I just don’t understand something. Salesassociates need to be nice and helpful, so people want to come back to the store.
