I came to the lot today… Actually I’m on the lot as I write this. No less than four salesmen are sitting under their little tent and not one person came out to help my son and I look for a car. I knew exactly which two vehicles I wanted to look at, found them myself. Would love to test drive them. No idea how these guys are in business.

Came here to check out a vehicle that I found on TrueCar. The price on TrueCar and AutoTrader was $7,995. When I got to the dealership the price tag was ridiculously marked up. After inspection of the vehicle, there were significant body damage and obvious repairs that were needed. It was missing screw holding the grill and headlights to the front bumper and frame. There was also red flags on the Carfax report about open recalls that had not been taken care of. When I inquired about the price difference I was told we could figure something out. This place completely felt like a bait and switch and the day after I came and looked at this the price was raised to $10,000 on TrueCars website. I am disappointed with my experience and will not be recommending this business.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this place. The sales person was not very nice. I test drove one car, of the two that were on my list. When I asked to see the second one, the salesman told me he’d only let me see if it, if I guaranteed to buy it, or else it would not be worth his time to move other cars around to bring it to me. Since this was a ridiculous thing to ask of a customer, I turned and walked away. I’m not sure what about me, made him think that I was not worth proper customer service. All that to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
