I bought a Red sectional sofa there at a a 1 months layaway. The bad thing about it is that to begin with as soon as I gave my 500$ deposit they did not wrap my sofa and take it to the back for storage instead they left my sofa upfront for display, people coming in and out the store trying it out, wearing and tearing. The only Male Employee that runs the store, he is not the owner. His Alla-by was that it was a special price , which was the reason why it was on display , which is False because the total price was 1,200 . I found the same couch online where they order it the whole couch cost about 500$ including shipping. So that’s 700$ profit they made off of me which I understand it’s a business. However moral of the story when I got my sofas out and he delivered them. The couches had only been in my apartment 3 weeks before they started tearing. I am a single person , no dogs just me. If I was a feather weight boxer sitting on sofas you do the math thats no type of weight to start ripping a sofa I have done no extra curricular activities on it or anything. When he delivered my sofa he asked is it on the 1st , 2nd or 3rd floor? “3rd” I said. He said “ that’ll be 30$ more dollars” I said ok that’s fine. He got the sofa up here no damages on the way up, (Miracle). After he was about to be out the door he even had the courage to ask me for a tip. Being sympathetic I gave him a 10$ tip. After the 3rd week I went over there and complained about the ripping he told me to send him pictures, I did, that he was going to send them to karina. He told me she had just got into town. I called twice after that and he had nothing for me. This place is a rip-off. Cheap material and very expensive. I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody. Go to Rooms to Go!
