Alec was my cashier tonight and he was friendly despite being extremely busy. He has a line basically out the door and was scrambling to refill quarters as fast as possible. Felt bad that he was working alone. I will say however, while the workers are friendly, they don’t do a very good job of removing dirty products from the shelves or cleaning them. I felt uncomfortable purchasing snacks from certain areas of the store

I spent over five hundred dollars getting diesel fuel here and the cashier asked me if I would like a coffee and I said sure. I’m guessing it was a complimentary offer since I spent so much. Well I get one and as I’m walking out she stops me and says I have to pay for it because I didn’t get the right size. Really? Mind you she didn’t say I had to get a certain size, I just grabbed a cup not paying attention to the exact size.I got a medium instead of a small. So that’s like what a 4 once difference? We’re going to make a fuss over that? Really???I should have just set it down but I went ahead and paid for it anyways. To me that’s not how you should treat a customer. But whatever I wont be back. I will take my business elsewhere.

If it would let me put no star I sure wouldn’t! We have drivers with the company I work for come through there and get diesel fuel all the time and not just 20 dollars I mean 150 and more . And there is times I go in there this certain lady either tells me to go around to the front witch takes 30 minutes to fill my truck up. Or tells me to wait for 10 to 15 minutes and I’m just not going to wait I mean truck drivers are just as important as everyone else. I’ll just start going somewhere else. and before you say you’re going to talk to your manager and have them take care of it it is your head manager over that store that is doing that! Just thought you should know how the store is being run!
