After 20 years as a devoted customer, my wife bought me a comb. When I saw the $19.95 price tag, I asked her to return it.They refused. Despite having the receipt from just a few days before, in the original unopened package, and being willing to accept store credit, they simply said no. Wife asked them to check with the owner who confirmed that policy.That’s no way to stand by your products, no way to treat long time customers. Needless to say, we’ll take our business elsewhere.
