I normally don’t have issues with the Riverside Kaiser but my last visit was awful. I understand everywhere is short-staffed at the moment so that’s why I was really patient when I went to urgent care. I waited over 2 hours in ultrasound and again, I was patient, didn’t complain. It was finally my turn to be called up when a lady complained for the 3rd time because she wasn’t priority and I got skipped just so she could be seen. Mind you, she didn’t wait nearly as long as I did but by all means she didn’t plan on being there that long since she had an appointment. I didn’t plan on being there either but I was pregnant and bleeding, yet I still waited patiently and couldn’t believe they skipped me because she couldn’t just wait for one more patient, which was me. After all that, I finally went back to urgent care to be told everything was fine and I could go home. The doctor didn’t even go in the room. She just opened the door to tell me. Two weeks later, I go to my appointment today in Ontario to find out my baby’s heartbeat was low when I went to urgent care in Riverside and to find out it now has no heartbeat. I was never told anything about the heartbeat being low when I went. I feel completely overlooked by Riverside Kaiser. Why was this something they couldn’t take a few minutes to sit down and explain to me? I already waited hours. A few minutes wouldn’t hurt them to explain to me what was going on but now I’ve missed misscaried and thought everything was fine as the doctor quickly told me.

I have been seen by multiple physicians here, and have always had a great experience. Today was exceptional though, so I thought it necessary to review.Today I saw LVN Amy and Dr. Justin (I can give last names if requested) in Head and Neck Surgery. I was honestly extremely nervous for the minor procedure I had done, but LVN Amy did a fantastic job of calming me down, drawing laughter out of me, and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Justin did amazing work by walking me through the process and procedure he was doing. I am so glad I saw them, and I would happily go back, should I send anything else.My sincere gratitude to these two!
