I am writing as I am not able to speak with anyone as the wait time is quite lengthy. My 79 year old Mother went to her first Kaiser appointment on 1/19.21. She was told to wait outside for more than four hours in total before she was seen!!! She waiting outside in a TENT!! There was no heating lamps or adequate privacy!! I am highly upset and saddened at this procedure!! I understand that this is for Covid -19 protection but, there IS a better way people!!! Get a number system and have the Patients wait in their cars until they are able to be seen. My Mother has allergy issues and the wind was very high yesterday. Needless to say that her allergies were exacerbated by all this!! Get this together ASAP!!! I will also contact corporate about this procedure!!! This is appalling!!! No stars for the interim waiting arrangements! However, The Staff was pleasant per My Mothers comments!!
