K Space Contemporary is one of the crowning jewels in the Coastal Bend art scene. From intimate art shows in their gallery, to engaging arts education, and the Dia de los Muertos Street festival, they really shine!

Small art gallery. No admission charge. They always have great exhibits. They’ve expanded into the space that faces Chaparral and relocated the gift shop to that area.Typically they have an opening reception for new exhibits during first Friday Art Walk. There’s also a cool mural of lotería pieces reimagined by south Texas artists on the exterior wall of the building, accessible and visible from Chaparral.
