Nice selection of special Japanese confectioneries.

However, there were few sweets for which they charged more than $25 per piece.

I simply misunderstood that their desert items are freshly made in the location.

What a delight, the store itself and the Japanese sweets. This time I tried mochi-cake with chestnut! Ah – perfection, with my favorite tea.

Nice Japanese store with traditional look and ambiance. Nice selection of special Japanese confectioneries. I come by every once in a while and snap up some mochi.

We were there yesterday, noticed the store, mind you the sign said (5) minimum capacity in the store. I was with my hubby and son. As far as I know (it’s a small store) I see there was only one customer and one staff (a guy). There was no one in the front of the store managing the flow. I started to walk in well not even half of my other foot was in the door when we were greeted abruptly by the guy (waving his hand before me) saying “no! You can’t come in! You must stay behind the line!” My group was taken a back cause he could’ve said it politely? I lost interest and walked away.. he lost a sale cause I was going to buy some mochi but with that customer service forget it! Thumbs down
