Visited this place today and I have to say they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went in hopes of finding something for my blasian daughters hair and I found some hair care products they don’t sell in my part of the country and the prices were great. I will visit this place every time I come to visit H-Mart.

Went here from work to grab a quick deep conditioner only to be gestured by an elderly male worker that closing time was approaching. He first followed me to ask if I needed help to find something, to which I said no and then he started to repeatedly point at his wrist and said Time! as if I needed to hurry up.Now I understand there may have been a misunderstanding but at the same time, it was only 7:40pm. They close at 8pm as confirmed by the lady at cash register. She said he was trying to let me know closing time was near, but you don’t need to do that in ANY business especially if it isn’t even within 5 minutes of closing time.Not only that, but this place has awful customer service overall and seems keen on following all their customers as they browse through the aisles as if we have a motive to steal something. Speaking of which. Just about every single product is taped and sealed! I have NEVER been to a hair supply store to see such elementary loss prevention measures in my life. This is totally unnecessary and ridiculously inconvenient for customers open at home. See the image of my product taped everywhere I just bought today…It’s insane!To my fellow natural hair care users, do our community a favor and shop elsewhere! You are not welcomed at this establishment besides your money and I refused to continue being exploited. You all should too.
