We built a brand new home in 2019 and hired JWH to help with the kitchen design. What started as a limited scope to their involvement (Kitchen) grew to a much broader mandate, and ultimately involved her designing, building and installing the kitchen, bathrooms, closets, pantry, office, shelves and wet bar. She was our single largest subcontractor in the end, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with her work. She worked tirelessly with myself and my wife to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and helped redirect us when she felt strongly about a better alternative. She also created several custom trim pieces that really made a big difference in then kitchen. During the course of her work, she also identified several design errors our architect and interior designer had not seen, which saved us a lot of time, energy and money. Her attention to details is amazing. We spoke to Jenny almost every day during the course of the work (several months), and she was always responsive, available and pleasant. I’m sure we drove her nuts on many occasions, but she was incredibly patient and understanding. We really appreciated how much she invested herself into our project. She personally flew out to our project to measure at the start, and she came back with her installers to make sure everything was perfect. We had a few panels that required some touch up work, which she handled to our satisfaction.We have recommended Jenny to a few of our friends, and they have all had the same experience. Our interior designer has also used her for other projects. They are impressed with her attention to details, and her ability to help you find the exact design you seek. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We really enjoyed working with Jenny and Rob, and love the home they helped us create.
