I have had a repeat delivery good service with no problems, and then the food stopped coming. I called customer service they said I would have it in 2 days-still don’t have it. Called again and they promised a call back, still have no heard from anyone. I’ve emailed them twice- no response. I’ve called customer service twice (after 35 minute hold times) no resolution. I still don’t have dog food and they have my money! Terrible service and unreliable. I’m mad and my dogs are even matter. Looks like I’ll have to find another option..

Store is never open when it says it will be and to add insult to injury I have driven to the store and they will be gone to lunch. If you can catch them open they don’t have half the items you need almost every time. If you call customer service you will be on hold for at least 10-15 minutes. If you want to order online forget it you’ll have the same issue they are almost always out of stock. I’ve given up you lost a loyal customer.

They are never open and they have a sign saying they are open and then the door is locked. It seems to be getting worse the last few weeks. What is going on? Did they get new personal or what? They use to answe the phone, and now they don’t even answer the phone.. Very inconvenient.
