The staff is not only friendly, knowledgeable, adaptable, and visually appealing – they’re on top of their stuff. They can answer your questions in a jiffy because that’s how well they know their stuff. They are THE MOST personable pharmacy in Juneau that i am currently aware of and i drive all the way from the valley to use their services. If there is anything more to say that makes a pharmacy an upstanding and outstanding one, please add those words/ comments for me in any comments posted on this review, because without even seeing them, I’m already sure it’s true. Thank you Juneau Drug, for all that you do and all that you do not… so glad to have such a well put pharmacy on my list of resources

Hiking trail to the upper lake is so fun! As you get deeper and deeper it gets darker and the trees get taller, you can’t even Imagine you’ll come across this beauty somewhere in the middle up there. I find it so peaceful and so close to nature yet so safe hiking these trails

The customer service at this store is close to non-existing! I was testing a sunscreen from the shelve (giving the fact that there was no tester), and left it where it was, as I walked to the register in order to pay for the other items I was buying. At the register, the clerk forced me to pay for it indicating that I had used it. After a brief argument, I let her know that I was going to pay for that it but that I was disappointed. She then printed out the receipt and threw it away, never giving it to me to prevent me from going back in order to return it. Therefore, I kindly asked her to please print the receipt for me, because I was entitled to my receipt. So she reluctantly printed it, then scratched off the item corresponding to the sunscreen. I asked her to please reprint it and not scratch the item. She refused to do it. When she finally did it, she said that I cannot return it. This is absolutely outrageous given that we live in a country where the customer should be treated pleasingly and respectfully. Please, avoid this store at all costs. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
