Ordered a pair of Vans IN STORE after waiting 3 days I decided to check shipping status which showed CANCELLED, I called customer service the gave me some story about how the item is no longer in stock an I would have to wait at least 3 weeks for a REFUND CHECK!!! Completely absurd customer service, if the item wasn’t in stock in the first place then they should not have charged my account, and get with the times they should be able to immediately refund my account if I will not be receiving the product. Very disappointed!!!

Journeys is the only shoe place I go to in Redding. The customer service is fantastic and welcoming, Chanel and her team are upbeat and ready to help. I explained to them what I was looking for and they knew exactly what I needed. I usually hate shopping but I will definitely be going back in when I need another pair of shoes this was the easiest and most comfortable experience I’ve had shopping in a very long time. Thanks guys!
