I recently got me some Doc Martens here… and i was very satisfied with the employees and their service. They were polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the products they have. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wasnt offered the Doc Martens leather and waterproofing kit that they sell there as well. Other than that, they have great products and a good variety of each product. The store was clean and organized as well. Good job Journeys!

I came in just to try on a pair of shoes for size, I let the associate Sage know that my intentions for that trip was just to try on for size and she still treated me as a if I were a customer purchasing, even gave her opinion. This is not the first time I have shopped at this location, but on previous trips I have had nothing but great customer service.
