If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My bestfriend recently went here to buy exactly what she wanted. She went inside and picked what she wanted only to be RACIALLY PROFILED and made feel belittled!!! It’s 2021 and we are still treating people like this!? UNACCEPTABLE!

If I could give this store No Stars I would. The last 3 times I went there I got no help what so ever and the store was not full of customers to say that they were already helping others. At one point I was the only customer there and still got no help. As a matter of fact I went there a few days before Valentine’s day because my husband wanted to buy me shoes and I was going to pick them out but I was there for 5 minutes and no help. I left the store upset and I will never shop there again!I have to say I did get shoes online form Journeys

They had the shoes I was looking for that no store including other Journeys stores didn’t have. I was actually a bit frustrated coming from cabazon to every mall on the 10fwy until I got to Journeys @Ontario Mills! Even though the socks the very amazing sales associate tried to upsell me weren’t the ones that go with the shoes, they had the shoes!!! I couldn’t have been happier to have a 4hr search finished with the item I wanted, not having to settle for something else or going home sadly empty handed. I came home a hero, but the real hero is Journeys Ontario having inventory during the shipping disaster we call covid-19. Thank you Love
