The staff is great came in to get crocs and they went above and beyond to help me . Just to add, I had first went to two Journeys in Fort Worth at Hulen mall ,Journeys and Journeys kids which neither let me know about all options you could order in store or online as I was looking for crocs size 4 girls ,the lady working at Sikes center not only let me know about all the cool options but actually pulled it up on a screen and showed me how many different styles they had and different options within 3 minutes of me being in the store , I appreciated the fact that she seemed to care about what I needed and wanted to help me to get it delivered to the store or straight to our address .I will definitely come to Journeys for all our future needs .

We went in this store today. There was 2 girls working. 1was buying something when we were there and the other just acted like she didn’t see us at all. We were looking at the hey dude shoes. And went to another store a bought 2 pair…their loss…I found what I wanted and was able to buy them anyways. This store sucked at customer service!!!
