Horrible customer service. Felt more like I was an inconvenience to the employees. It was my birthday yesterday and so this afternoon I’d planned on spending a good bit of money here. There are two pair of shoes I’ve been wanting and I used to love coming to journeys to shop. All I can say now is thank goodness for online shopping as I will just order what I want from now on.

We had the best customer service here. The employees are probably 17-25. But they are the best I’ve seen in a long time. I walked in I was greeted someone tried to help me but I was just looking. I left and came back. Someone different walked up to me to help, I needed it. I asked for two sizes. He didn’t come back until he found the shoe. Which they had but was hidden in the far back. I made my purchase ans was satisfied. Great place! First time here
