Lourdes has been one of the most kind hearted people I have ever got to talk to, I wish I got to meet. Especially during a rough time like this. She took her time to answer questions. She was in no rush to get off the phone. Although I was in another state helping my sister out to set up services for my step dad. We were back and forth talking for quite some time. She understood the circumstances my sister and I were in. Considering we just lost our mom 7 months before that. She couldn’t have showed any more kindness and thoughtfulness in her heart. We need more kind people like her in this world. Thank you Lourdes for all your help with arrangements and recommendations. Love is a strong word, like I told you. But it’s a feeling. Thank you so much you kind hearted soul.

Doris and Lourdes were very rude. It is so sad how this woman told my sister, You are crazy. Lourdes hung up on one of our family members of the deceased. My sister is grieving. Doris told my sister, You are just a girlfriend, and that is NOTHING. What a shame. I will never recommend this place to anyone. These 2 woman made my sister physically sick. These 2 woman are lucky that my sister held back because she would have physically whopped them both. Doris and Lourdes, SHAME on YOU! You will reap what you sow.
