Jonathan completely saved me. My computer crashed while trying to do zoom sessions with patients. I called him out of the blue and he told me to come right in. In fifteen minutes he took out my old hard drive and installed in a new computer and sent me on my way just in time to make to my next patient session. He quickly saw that the old computer was overheating and recognized there was no time to do a thorough assessment. It felt like he was a miracle worker.
