While updating unit, it bonkered out and went black. From the very start of getting it serviced and fixed to when it was shipped back to me was seamless. Very responsive and care for your unit. I don’t think I’ll ever use a different product. Customer service is everything to me and these guys in Eufaula from Hummingbird hit it out of the park.

Getting someone on the phone was really tough..But once I did, I had one of the best customer expieiences I have ever had..I had a cracked screen on my hummin bird helix.
