Limited selection comparing to their online store and not the best customer service. I just bought their masks, and upon leaving the store, I noticed the embroidery was ripped. I returned to exchange within 30 minutes only to be told that I need to buy another set. After much arguing, the store manager “made an exception.” I understand it is a mask, but it touches your body like clothing, and defective items should be treated as such. All items should be washed prior to wearing when you get home, so the company’s policy only serves them. I am in Public Health, so I would highly suggest an introductory course in epidemiology for all those who come up with policies that benefit them and not the public’s health.

Love this place and the clothing line! Johnny Was is about 75% of my wardrobe, or more when are you re-opening!??? Was hoping First of May like many others but I called and no answer on May 2nd. sad I’m tired of ordering online! When is the store going to reopen for walk in shoppers? It has taken weeks to reeive my online orders and then they are incorrect. One of my orders took a whole month just to ship and it was not on backorder either. Another online order came 3 weeks later in wrong size. Done with online ordering please open!
