I entered the store and was greeted within seconds. I explained the piece of furniture that I was looking for. The salesperson knew actually what I was looking for and that they no longer had it but could order it. She found the price and lead time to order and then found us on their huge showroom floor to discuss my purchase options. She was extremely knowledgeable and worked there for quite a long time. That made me feel good about my purchase. I would definitely shop there again.
