I wanted to leave a better review because they have done work for me before in the past and I was satisfied with it. I needed work done in February and had a scheduled appointment, but when I showed up the doors were locked and no one answered the doors or phone. There had been bad weather so I called the following week and it was unbelievable, no real acknowledgment offered or accountability. I scheduled with them again and after looking over my car, I was told their office would contact me in two days and give me a date for repair. Can you guess what never happened? I’m so let down.Update 4/16/21. – To the person answering the review, I recognize your office is still getting organized, so you may not be aware I spoke with the manager Mark Allen and he didn’t tell me (a prior customer) I don’t exist. He took ownership of the issue and was very apologetic and worked to secure me again as a customer. He left a vm on 3/23 and then spoke with me on 4/1.Thank you
