I have never felt so unwelcome at a business. I got a new Rx yesterday and stopped by to check out their frame selection. They had a sign on the door with their phone number stating that only one person at a time was allowed inside. I called and was told that they were finishing up with a customer and then I could come in, so I waited on the sidewalk. The employee, Beth, held the door for the other customer to leave but stopped me before I could go in to tell me that they would be closing soon. I asked when and she said at noon. I pulled out my phone and it was 11:41. She kept repeating that they would be closing soon, wanting to make sure I knew that I had to be out by then. After hearing this several times, I gave up and left having never stepped foot inside. I found another place in town that was way more friendly and welcoming. Fortunately, it wasn’t hard to do.

Very professional staff and Dr. Griggs is wonderful! I also selected eyeglasses with the help of a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. They took very good care of me!
