This location is well stocked in the items they have, but don’t have a huge variety. Lacking significantly in the yarn craft/crochet/knit options. Seems smaller than other locations I’ve visited. Cramped with limited stock. Doesn’t get specialty or limited edition items as often as other Bay Area stores. Employees are nice and helpful! It’s great if you’re looking for the basics.

So neat and better prices compared to their major competitors. Had my online order picked up at the store. While some of my items could not be supplied due to running out of stock the staff at Joann were EXTREMELY helpful. A special thank you to Chelsea who helped me with my order that couldn’t be supplied due to the remaining fabric running shorter than a yard.

This store is becoming such a sad place to go. They are pretty much the only fabric store in the area right now. So maybe that’s why it’s that way now. There’s too much craft stuff and not enough sewing and fabric. It always seems so messy and unorganized. And so much fleece fabric why??? Let’s get some more fabric for clothing in there! Less yarn, less crafts.
