I would give zero stars if I could. Do not advertise that you price match and/or have hassle free returns. I had to wait for a manager for over 50 minutes to make a return. Price matching is based off of the retail price not the price minus the discount that’s advertised. Management did not care as when I expressed my disappointment at the time factor i was met with a “well there’s nothing i can do about that”. Since the staff isn’t equipped to handle these customer service issues and price matching questions it created a horrible experience. If JoAnns is going to make these bold claims they need to stand by it and train their staff/leads. Forever a Michael’s and (dare I say it) Hobby Lobby (for fabric) shopper— no longer shopping at JoAnns- especially this location.

The things I needed were not in stock. and the prices were all very expensive. The cashier was rude. I no longer have the discount card. (stolen purse) They don’t allow you to enter your phone number, so I was not able to get the discount. I was informed that the card must be scanned for the sale prices.. I asked for a new card. I was ignored. There were no other customers in line behind me. I won’t be going back to any Joanne’s store.
