I stopped by the physical store an hour ago to purchase items. I am a regular and go pretty often. The lady at the front checking people out, Lisa, was very rude. She kept cutting me off, practically yelling at me, among other things. This is the first time that I’ve felt personally attacked and disrespected in this store. The items I purchase are unfortunately not at any of the other locations, and I cannot purchase online, as it always deducts from my account even though the website says “denied” immediately. I have plenty of funds in my account to cover my expenses. So, finger pointing combined with blatant disrespect is not the appropriate way to behave. The goal is customer service and nothing less. I even held myself together and told Lisa thank you (as well as have a nice day) and she in turn ignored me. I asked to speak to the manager politely and the manager Taylor refused to come back to the front to speak with me and stated that FedEx was there and she was assisting. I’m pretty sure they get their trucks on Thursdays and not at 5:30pm on Memorial Day. This is not a reflection of the store manager Josh, he is a ray of sunshine and it greatly missed at this location since he is not there physically anymore. The assistant manager at the South Austin location Tony is very nice and helpful as well. The Mopac location needs a lot of help with treating customers respectively especially when they are towards you. The two stars given are for Josh and Toni at the South Austin location. Zero stars for Mopac.
