Please don’t get married through these guys. They are incredibly rude for starters. They couldn’t mail my wedding certificate, a simple task, and refused to discuss over the phone even though I live thousands of miles away in a different state. I have one of the simplest addresses ever, with no apartment number, and they still couldn’t ship the documents over without getting them lost. My wife eventually flew there to get the certificate and she was faced with some of the rudest people in the state. Terrible time-wasting tax-draining office. Because of this incredible delay, my company refused to give my wife benefits because I had exceeded their 30-day notification policy. Without the certificate, I couldn’t get anything done. It was out of my control.
