I knew I had a failing hard drive on my late-2015 iMac and reached out to Javier. He replaced the hard drive and returned the computer to my house. When I discovered the computer still didn’t work properly, Javier took the computer back and discovered the new hard drive was faulty. He replaced it, with all my data intact, all for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and friendly demeanor impressed me.

Javier was very patient with me, I had to push back several weeks because the parts I initially wanted were either not available or delayed. I was initially very nervous to give him all the parts, as all the parts I had are on the higher end when it comes to cost but he has proven to be trustful. He was a bit delayed when it came to responding to text’s or emails but I suppose that is because he is a very busy man. I would definitely recommend!
