I didn’t get the chance to order any items from this bakery. I walked in & asked if a particular item was still in stock and was greeted with a nasty attitude of the shop clerk. With her arms folded and a stone faced stare was given just a flat “no”. Not interested in returning after the encounter.
Sapph Nor
This seems to be the only Chinese bakery in the neighborhood. However, other than that the staff is Chinese, the pastries themselves don’t seem very authentically Chinese. Size of the pastries are double that of the ones found in average Chinese bakeries. Also, the buns are too dry. Macarons, though, are pretty good.Make sure to bring cash when buying anything under $25.

The Hummingbird cake is to die for. The cream cheese icing is the best. This is the only thing i have tried here but i would imagine anything w/ that amazing frosting would rock.
