I would give 0 star if possible. Called them a day ahead, confirmed they have the model I like, and they say I can just stop by and try on. Drove two hours to the store the following day, and was told I have to make appointment or put me on the wait list, which has 7 people ahead of me, and they are closing in one hour. So total four hour trip for nothing, which can be much better if they communicate better!The manager is polite, but didn’t offer any help. Buyer be aware!
