Hello people, I usually stay away from dealerships to have work done on my car. And that’s because of the price. But when my mechanic could not figure out what was wrong they sent me to Toyota in Napa. So I called and I met Anthony that works there. We made an appointment and from the day I met him I felt like I was in good hands. I am a senior and on a fixed income and need my car for volunteer work. So I really didn’t have the money to get a loaner. I feel that Anthony understood my situation and was able to give me a loaner. And I’m sure he did the best he could to keep my bill down. He’s a warm and caring person. And I really feel that the reason I felt so good by the time I left there was because of him. I hope I don’t have to pay dealership prices again but if I do I will definitely go back and deal with Anthony. And you can be assured I’d never met Anthony until my car went to Napa Toyota. All right
