Regret purchasing my vehicle at this location. Horrible, deceitful people. The manager followed me outside to negotiate and to argue me down on how I should spend my money. If I was a male I don’t believe I would have received such treatment not to mention his attempt to sell the vehicle 10k over sticker price, sneaky. We called ahead of time to ask if they were charging a market assessment and they lied and said no just to get me to come in, run fast.

Manager lied about price of vehicle. I regret purchasing here. Was listed at 61k, with rebates was told 57k and when the contract came the manager lied about where my down payment was going/ cost of car. They ended up charging me 66k. When i asked about the extra price. Iw as told sales tax. But DMV now says i owe sales tax. I was lied to the whole way. I would not do business with this dealership

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing!I’ve been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I’ve been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away…turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy.I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I’ve been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I’ve received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills.Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles!
