We had the worst experience ever. We had this salesman Stuart and he was rude and when we didn’t want to get the car he wanted us to get. He said, good day. He never tried to find us something around our price range and we sat there for 2 hours and he never was around us like he should as a salesman. So, we will NEVER go back there ever. After we left the sales manager called us and told we could find you a car, but we declined because y’all left money walk out the door. You’ll can use good customer service towards your customers and it does help to be nice and smile. If you ever go there don’t talk to Stuart!!! The worst salesman ever and plus he was a fast talker which I didn’t like. Never again!!

Seem like good people but they should stop using the “backed by Burke” temporary tags. So many people running around town with that tag for much longer than a month. Needs an expiration date on it.

Filled out the online app and went through the process to get approved. They told me I was approved with a down payment soo we set up a date and time for me to come in. Went in there to finish everything up and I sat I. There for 2.5 hrs waiting for my salesman to finish everything he comes back and says your not approved. Waste of my time.
