They get no stars. They promised things they could not fulfill. 4 hrs of my time was waisted to leave the lot with no vehicle. My score was 603 and photos of the vehicle they tried to sell me is enclosed. They offered this vehicle because i stated i need a full size work truck. Plus the tires were bald
