Customer service is sadly a 1 if that. You ask for help & employees look at you like you’re bothering them. I don’t want to say it is because of how young & inexperienced I’m sure they are with customer service, but it would help to have at least a more mature employee in charge that hopefully won’t give the attitude these very young employees give when you ask for assistance.So sad. I’m a huge fan of the Jewelry Box but I do not recommend this one or will return. Rather go out of my way to another.

I love the affordable prices on things like beauty blenders and hair pins.Employees not that friendly though. The cashier pulled the things out of my hand as I was putting my things down on the counter. She took my payment and put my stuff in a bag and turned around when the transaction was over. Not a thank you or have a nice day I just grab my things from the counter and left. She didnt bother handing my things over. Very rude.
