First time going to shop here. Everything was well organized and easy to find. There were very helpful associates that pointed me in the right direction for certain items. I had to stop by reception and they were extremely nice and accommodating as well. Very good experience overall

The manager with the name of CARLOS (glasses, Hispanic, around 6 foot tall) is terrible, dishonest, deceiving, manipulative and so in. He is not someone who cares about the consumers or their requests.He lied about not having the product, meanwhile the product was on the top rack. After pointing out the item and requesting if he could bring it down, this pathological liar goes on to say the ones in the top shelf are the ones on the floor. No..they were not the same, the distinct difference was obvious and I know what product I consume. After proving him wrong, he changes his script and says “he has to rotate his product” and that he WONT bring down the product I needed. The incompetency with this character was surreal.My encounter with him ended with him saying “you don’t have to shop here”, meanwhile I been a loyal customer for years.
