I leased a track loader through Jesco . I also had to purchase a flat bed trailer so I could move the track loader . Jesco knew I couldn’t move the Machine without the trailer . They decided to drop off trailer without plates and without registering it. I had to make an appointment with dmv once I got The paperwork. They sent wrong paperwork and I couldn’t register trailer. They let me use a machine in the interim after a tug of war. They resent the paperwork and again I had to reschedule appointment at dmv. They sent the paperwork wrong for a second time. Still no trailer . Still making payments on a machine I couldn’t move. They then re send paperwork and again have to make appointment with dmv- only I was locked out from so many appointments. This dragged on for 2 months . All while making payments on a machine I couldn’t use. Finally they sent the right paperwork. They refuse to refund my lease payments. They knew I couldn’t use the machine without the trailer. They refused to register the trailer themselves like most dealers do as a convenience for their customers. Sales manager has ignored my calls, texts , and emails. This is equivalent to selling a car without a motor.Update : Jesco has don’t nothing to fix issue and a summons and complaint has been filed in dutchess county court . Please use some one else
