Stopped here because I’ve always wanted to try Jersey Mike’s. I haven’t even taken a bite but I’m turned off from the customer service. The people in front of me had their order completely done wrong, but they were nice about it. The manager took no responsibility and blamed the guy whose first day it was. Took 20 minutes to complete the two subs I got. It’s also wildly expensive for what it is. Maybe the food will be great, but I won’t be back to this location.

We placed an order over the phone this evening as the online ordering system was not working. I was told to give them a half hour as it was busy, perfectly acceptable and I completely understood. We arrived and my son went in to pick up the two subs. Over the next 20 minutes, I noticed that patrons were entering and leaving while my son was still waiting. I went in and stood in line, inquiring about our order. They hadn’t made the second sub at this point. As we waited, I noticed that there is one register for pickup orders that wasn’t being utilized, and the other registered was being used for all orders leaving. It was extremely busy, chaotic and I felt badly for the one employee responsible for getting everyone out of the door. It took a total of one hour and 16 minutes for our order to be completed. I thought that calling ahead would make the process easier for them, but I was wrong. They are new to our area and hopefully they’ll stream line the process better. We won’t be returning for a while.

Not good. This was my first and last time going to this place. While the sub was tasty, I had asked for wheat bread and when I got home found that I had gotten white bread, yuck. Over 1/4 of the sub didn’t have anything on it at all, no steak, no sauce, NOTHING. Cut the end off and gave the bread to my dogs… they liked it. Too bad, SubWay is actually better than these guys… and cheaper.
