I’ve been here a few times, and honestly it’s pretty good, but it’s also pretty pricey. I can get a sub just as good, better ( and bigger) actually, for less than 10 bucks. I just have to travel 10 minutes away from my house east of the city. If there is a day when I don’t feel like doing that, then yeah Jersey Mike’s is a convenience, but I’ve definitely had better for less price. UPDATE – I recently tried their Chipolte Cheese Steak Sub. It was good, but again, I can go right up to Tony’s and get an AWESOME steak sandwich, three times the size, for about a buck more. I have also noticed that, compared to the first week they were open, their subs are not as generous as they were at that time.

Our first time there (last week) the subs and service were very good. The second time (today) I went to buy subs and gave my order. The girl started making the subs. She stopped making my order when another person came in line. The girl asked the next person if they were having a hot or cold sub. He responded cold and told her what he wanted. She then started cutting a sub roll for the guy behind me the whole time not finishing the subs I ordered. It does not seem right. When I brought my Husbands sub home he had to put more cheese on his because the cheese on the sub was paper thin. The sub was not as generous as the last time. Hardly worth the money.

Jersey Mike’s is way above Subway. It is like comparing Outback to McDonalds. Lots of good meat and cheese. Tons of good lettuce and tomatoes. Oil and spices of your choice. People are nice. They cost more, but you get so much more. Hope it stays a first class sub place for a long time. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.
