We had an issue with water leaking near the water heater. I called our dealer who was no “help” whatsoever. The suggestion was made to contact a local RV repair show. I goggled RV repair in the Florence Alabama and came up with Jerry’s RV Sales and Repair. I called this company and spoke to Brad. The problems that we were having were discussed. Due to the Covid19 issues they were not doing on site repairs. I told him if he would tell me what to do I would work on this problem. He instructed me to do the things that would show what the problems were and how to make a he necessary repairs. His instructions were followed and the repairs were made.Brad took the extra time to help with me and it is greatly appreciated.

Cannot say enough good things. I am 9 months pregnant and my husband and I are camping at McFarland this week with our three dogs. He’s working out of town today. I took one of our dogs out for a walk and somehow locked us out of the RV. We had no phone, keys or water in this 97-degree heat. I happened to find my iPad in my unlocked car and got in touch with my husband. After a terrible phone call with another RV place in town, he found Jerry’s. They came right out with a master key and let me in! They definitely saved the day for this preggo lady on what feels like the hottest day of the year and wouldn’t even let me pay!! Give them all your business! I know we will!
