I was very disappointed with the service. I was ignored. I came in to the showroom. No one greet me. I walked the entire showroom no one came up to ask if I needed any help. There was several man just standing. Kept looking but…never did it cross their mind to ask if I had been helped. After 45 minutes of walking around. I asked a sales person if he could help me. He seemed bothered. Hi’s answers were very, very short. I asked him of a product I found online. He said he didn’t recommend me ordering online. He was not helpful it all!! I walked around and asked another sales person to help me. I asked about the product I found online. She found it for me. Sara was very helpful. She helped me with my purchase. Very professional and apologetic. She called the manager to discuss the issue. The manager was very short not very helpful with the issue. I am glad Sara was able to find what I was looking for.

Me and my girlfriend made a purchase for a sleeper sofa 4 months ago which we just received now. Upon delivery we noticed red tape pointing to a small hole in the sofa. Also found was discoloration on one of the sofa cushions. With this obvious marking of the hole prior delivery from the warehouse; Jerome’s knowingly sent us damaged furniture after waiting 4 months to receive. With this; I am extremely disappointed in Jerome’s service and product.

Sara was very helpful and seemed to check in on us when we needed her. She was very accommodating combining an on line purchase to be delivered the same day as the in store purchase I had just made. By her doing this she saved me money. Thank you Sara!
